Cornwall Community Hospital opened a Family Caregiver Centre this Fall that aims to improve the experience of family caregivers in our health system. The mew centre is manned by volunteers who have lived experience as family caregivers. If you are a good listener and want help family caregivers connect with the many resources available in our Family Caregiver Centre, this opportunity may be a good fit for you.
