Addiction services

Local withdrawal management support is immediately available, without an appointment at Cornwall Hospital’s Community Addiction and Mental Health Centre. Montfort Renaissance also provides withdrawal management services.

Individuals seeking a referral into an addiction rehabilitation program must first be screened at an Addiction Assessment Centre. There are two local hospitals that provide this assessment: Cornwall Hospital’s Community Addiction and Mental Health Centre, and Montfort Renaissance.

Families seeking to understand what rehabilitation services are available to their loved ones are encouraged to call Connex Ontario. The operator at Connex Ontario will be able to help identify all available options and can provide families with other helpful information, such as program duration and wait times.

Listed below are the public and private addiction services most widely used by residents of Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry and Akwesasne, Ontario, but there are many more. Families can rely on Connex Ontario and our local Addiction Assessment Centres to be aware of all available options.
