If your loved one suffers from a serious mental health issue, we’re here to help. We meet once a month to talk about the challenges of being a caregiver, in a safe setting where we know we won’t be judged. By sharing, we also learn how to cope more effectively with our loved one’s condition. We have recently added a monthly meeting in Alexandria. For details, visit ListenToFamilies.ca or call 613-527-1201.
